Before paying for equipment, development or a pilot, obtain a written quotation or contract identifying the seller, scope, total price, delivery, cancellation, warranty and refund arrangements. A prototype is not necessarily a retail-ready product.
For payments under separate agreements, contact NYSD with the invoice or transaction reference, never passwords or full card details. The agreement and applicable law govern the request. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive mandatory rights.
