Operator and forms
NYSD Enterprise, based in Yaounde, Cameroon, operates this website. We store contact details, optional organization, reason, message and supplied context to respond to inquiries. Newsletter records include email, language, consent date and confirmation status. Only confirmed addresses receive campaigns.
Access and rights
Authorized administrators access these records. Our hosting provider stores website data and Resend processes email when configured; processing may occur outside Cameroon. Records are retained according to their purpose and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at the contact address below. Unsubscribe links stop campaigns. Legal or security requirements may limit deletion.
Your choice
Google Analytics 4 stays off until you allow it. You can decline or withdraw consent without losing access to the site. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Declining analytics does not remove the server's technical and security logs.
What is measured
With consent, Google receives public page visits, browser and device information, approximate location, traffic sources and interactions: navigation, scrolling, active time, outbound links, FAQ opens, download clicks and successful form responses. Error counts contain neither error messages nor stack traces.
Collection limits
Our events do not send names, email addresses, messages, passwords, confirmation tokens or field contents. URL queries and fragments are removed. Admin pages, APIs and newsletter confirmation pages are excluded. A download click does not establish an installation; a newsletter request does not establish email confirmation.
Cookies and Google
Google Analytics uses browser identifiers in cookies, limited here to 180 days. Google processes connection information, including IP addresses, to provide analytics. Collection is therefore not completely anonymous. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our configuration.
Withdrawing consent
Use Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future events from this browser and removes accessible GA cookies; it does not retroactively erase data already sent. Blockers and consent choices mean visitor figures are estimates.
